Just purchased a 2008 Tomos Sprint, its a 49.5 cc moped, 2 stroke gas oil mix,100+mpg. I've made 3 trips back and forth to work so far all in about 40-45 degree weather. So far it rides great. Typical traveling speed seems to be about 25-28 mph, getting up to 30+ on downhills. I'd like to get travel speeds at 28-30+ as the average. We'll see. As far as my son understands, Its a motorcycle! So don't spill the beans that the government sees it as a power assisted bicycle! Saturday I have to go down to the church for the big blessing of the bikes. That should be interesting.
